You can create this to use with every operation; you can also share these with another teacher.
I think that you could use both sides, color code them so the kids will know which side they are using.
I would require the students to show their work on a piece of paper, and possibly snap a picture with the completed sticks, their worksheet, and their name and email it to me for accountability.
