We should use the old treasures CDs to help firm up the listening skills of our students.
We can provide them with a graphic organizer for the story, and as they listen to the story, they can identify the text structure and fill in the organizer.
Then, they can use their organizer to do a summary of the story.
Also, I may also use them for "read alouds" at times.
